Establishing justice and equity, as the foundation of desirable social life, is considered in the Quranic worldview the main axis for organizing economic relations and preventing corruption, the realization of which necessitates the simultaneous combination of individual and institutional policies. This approach indicates that combating economic corruption should not be pursued merely through reactive and remedial measures, but must move toward active confrontation with the factors and roots generating corruption—especially in conditions where the conflict of interest among social groups, the pressure of power and wealth networks, and the gap between people's actual livelihood levels and advertised models reinforce worldly-mindedness and corruption. Preventive strategies emphasize promoting Quranic culture and social behavior-building, directing the research orientations of humanities centers toward objective issues of corruption, and nurturing Quran-oriented human capital from childhood. At the governance level, meritocracy and the appointment of righteous officials, strengthening oversight over managers' performance, transparency in the distribution of resources and information, and creating public information infrastructure are introduced as core requirements. Furthermore, avoiding shock therapy and moving gradually in structural reform, specializing duties and preventing institutional duplication, prioritizing prevention over treatment, and avoiding discriminatory treatment against economic corruptors are proposed as conditions for securing public trust. Finally, expediting punishment, enforcing the law on the investigation of officials' assets, designing a banking tracking system to combat money laundering, and paying attention to the discourse of liberating humans from the bonds of corruption are proposed as policy complements for the sustainable containment of economic corruption.
