Journal of International Commercial and Investment Arbitration (JICIA) covers the areas pertaining to international dispute resolution and ADR by focusing particularly on international commercial and investment arbitration. It relates to both private and public international law disputes, and aims to strike a balance between academic and practical debates.

JICIA is the English-language journal, licenced for Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU), Faculty of Law, and published in association with Tehran Regional Arbitration Centre (TRAC). The editorial board is multi-national and not confined to any particular jurisdiction. 

JICIA is published twice a year, and each issue contains in depth investigation of the subject. It welcomes articles, commentaries on current development and case comment.
